Hello, my name is David Anthonie. I love fitness. I love everything about it.
I didn't always love it, but it saved my life and ever since then I have had a very deep and profound relationship with
exercise. I think that it can save your life too. I created
the "His and Hers Workout" program to help men and women everywhere create sexy muscle, fast. I’ve found
that the best way to finding happiness in your life is to love yourself. By creating this exercise program, I hope that
I'm helping you to love yourself just a little bit more each and every day. The
"His and Hers Workout" is an exercise program with targeted, gender specific exercises to enhance the male and female
body through extreme gender unique muscle enhancement. What does this mean? It means that I’ve developed
an exercise method for developing masculine muscle in men and feminine muscle in women. How can this help you?
Women never have to worry again about exercises making them look like a man. It means that men can avoid neutral development
and instead create extremely masculine muscle with no more effort than before. If fact both men and women
will be able to develop sexy muscle, faster than ever before. Because
I have such a passion about fitness I want to share my knowledge with as many people as possible. To that
end, I'll be providing a lot of exercise instruction and information at absolutely no cost to you. I'll continue
to provide free fitness for as long as I can afford to do it. I hope that by sharing my fitness passion with you, it’ll
