Why should I hire Personal Fitness Professional David Anthonie?
Working with David can help you optimize your workout regimen, increase your exercise results, and reduce your risk of injury.

How long is a training session?
Sessions are 55 minutes, not including your pre-workout warm-up or post-workout cool down.

Do I need a gym membership?

Normally, your gym usage is included in your personal training package.

Where will I be working out?

At private gyms, your home, your office, outdoors, and etc.

I've been working out for years, what will hiring David Anthonie do for me?
Fitness professional David Anthonie can evaluate your current exercise regimen and help you create a new program that will breakthrough your training plateau.

Can I use the Private Gym when I am not working out with my trainer?
Yes, for a nominal fee you may use the gym for your cardiovascular workouts, stretching, and mat abs only.

How many Personal Training sessions will I need?
After a fitness evaluation and based on your goal, a personal training course will be suggested to you.

What about my diet?
Suggestions for healthier eating are part of every training program, while prepared meal plans are available for purchase separately.

When can I train?
At your convenience.

What about supplements?
Supplement recommendations are available upon request.
 
What about my confidentiality?
David adheres to a strict trainer client confidentiality policy.  Every session is private.
